Renard Rouge Hot Swing is an acoustic group that carries on the gypsy jazz tradition of Django Reinhardt and Stephane Grapelli with some modern twists. This is toe tapping, upbeat, and accessible swing jazz – easy for anyone to enjoy.
It’s hot gypsy swing featuring blazing guitars, virtuoso clarinet, and down and dirty double bass. It’s gypsy versions of songs you know by heart. Renard Rouge typically performs as a quartet, but is also available as a trio or duo for smaller stages.
