AHA-Aon Hotel & Hospitality Awards for Excellence 2014
With hardly any time between tux and gown drycleans, the red carpet lead from the Gold Plate Awards ceremony into another, for the for the crew at Morries Anytime.
Last night, Monday 10 November 2014, was another night of glitz and glamour at the Crown Perth with the Annual AHA-Aon Hotel & Hospitality Awards for Excellence 2014.
These prestigious awards have been celebrating and acknowledging excellence in the hotel and hospitality industry for more than a decade. Over 1200 guests consisting of Entrants, Sponsors, Judges and Members enjoyed a night of celebration and entertainment. Winners from were announced from 42 categories and a strong lineup from the best of WA’s hospitality.
Representing along with the crew from Morries Anytime, were Owners Anthony Janssen, Alex Brooks and General Manager Billy Phillips, who were very excited to have made the finalists cut and being nominated in not one but four categories; for Cocktail Bar Award, Contemporary Bar Menu Award, WA's Best Regional Hospitality Venue and with the man himself, Billy Phillips, taking out the category for Mixologist of the Year Award!
Awarded a ‘Certificate of Excellence on Trip Advisor’, and securing a Finalist place in the Telstra Small Business Awards, plus 3 Finalist positions in the Gold Plate Awards, the 2014 awards season has shaped up to be an exciting year on the awards front with Winning WA Regional Small Business Award for Business with 11-20 Employees, Large Business of the Year Award, and the overall $2000 Shire of Augusta Margaret River Industry Development Prize at the Margaret River Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Business Awards 2014.

The crew at Morries Anytime are looking forward to celebrating their Finalists achievements so far in the WA Regional Small Business Awards, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, this Friday, 14 November. This will be the fifth and final awards ceremony for another exciting year for Morries Anytime!
